- Service Agreements: All services are provided under a written or verbal agreement outlining scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Custom Work: Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds or returns are not applicable once the work has commenced.
4. Client Responsibilities

- Site Preparation: For on-site services, you are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible, clean, and free of obstacles.

5. Payments & Pricing
- Estimates: All estimates are approximate and subject to change based on final measurements, material selection, or additional requirements.
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to schedule your project. The deposit amount will be specified in your agreement.
- Final Payment: Final payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. A processing fee may apply to card payments.
6. Warranties & Liability
- Material Warranties: We use premium materials (e.g., 3M, Avery Dennison) that come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty details will be provided upon request.
- Workmanship Warranty: We warrant our installation workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion, covering defects in installation only.
- Limitations: We are not liable for:
- Damage caused by improper maintenance, accidents, or natural disasters.
- Fading or wear due to normal use, environmental factors, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled start time may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit). Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.
- Weather/Unforeseen Delays: We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, material delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible.
